Court Improvement Program (CIP) Technology Grants

Application period: To be determined
Eligibility: Ohio Juvenile Courts Only
Funding will support courts in the collection and sharing of juvenile court data for abuse, neglect, and dependency cases in order to improve the measurement of case flow processes and collaborate with local child protective services.

This opportunity is funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Children’s Bureau, State Court Improvement Program Grant awarded under the provisions of Section 438 of the Social Security Act; Section 7401 of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (Public Law 109-171); Titles IV-B and IV-E of the Social Security Act; and the Child and Family Services Improvement and Innovation Act Public Law (112-34).
